In light of the recently passed federal legislation concerning hemp products, we at Hemp Bombs understand that you may have questions and concerns about the future of our industry and the hemp-derived products you know and love. We want to assure you that while this bill represents a significant challenge, it is not a cause for panic, and our business operations are continuing as usual.

A Year to Work Together

The most critical takeaway is that we have 365 days before the ban on THC and full-spectrum hemp-derived products goes into effect on or around November 12, 2026. A lot can happen in a year. As a leading manufacturer in the hemp product industry, we have anticipated that the evolving legal landscape would eventually lead to federal action, and we have been actively preparing for a regulatory shift.

In fact, we view this as a potential positive catalyst for the industry. This legislation will force the industry toward a clear, agreeable, and much-needed regulatory framework and, critically, help weed out the bad actors that have threatened the reputation of our entire sector.

We believe the solution lies in adopting responsible, state-level regulatory models as the basis for a sound federal framework. States like Florida, Texas, and Georgia have already established robust regulatory guidelines under which legitimate hemp businesses are operating successfully and flourishing.

As a company operating in Florida, which enforces some of the strictest regulatory guidelines for hemp products in the nation, Hemp Bombs is already abiding by the highest possible standards for product quality, safety, and transparency. This means we are better positioned than most to adapt to any final federal rules. Our commitment remains firm: Business continues as usual.
