Add something naturally sweet to enhance the taste of your oatmeal, pancakes, yogurt or even ice cream.

PREP TIME: 15 minutes
COOK TIME: 20 minutes


  • 3 Gala apples (or another sweet red apple)
  • 3 Granny Smith apples
  • ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons of real maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of CBD syrup
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt (optional)


  1. Peel, core and chop the apples into 2-inch chunks.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the apple chunks, CBD syrup, maple syrup, cinnamon and lemon juice. Cover and boil for about 12 minutes, or until the apples have softened a bit.
  3. Uncover the pot and continue cooking, occasionally stirring to break up the larger chunks, until the apples are soft with texture (5 to 10 minutes).
  4. Remove the pot from heat, and if necessary, add more maple syrup, cinnamon or lemon juice desired to taste.
  5. Serve warm or chilled; let it cool to room temperature before storing in the fridge.

PREP TIME: 20 minutes
COOK TIME: 4 hours (not including marinating)


  • One 3½-to-4-pound beef brisket
  • 3 teaspoons CBD syrup
  • 2 teaspoons of your favorite BBQ rub
  • ¼ cup packed with light brown sugar
  • ¼ Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cup of Chipotle-Maple BBQ sauce


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (176 °C).
  2. Place the beef in a baking pan and sprinkle it with the BBQ rub.
  3. Stir the brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and vinegar together in a small bowl. Pour it all over the brisket, coat it several times on all sides. Marinate and cover in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  4. Transfer the brisket to a plate, allow the excess marinade to drip back into the baking pan. Keep the marinade.
  5. Transfer the brisket to the grill and cook only once until it’s slightly charred, 4 to 6 minutes per side.
  6. Once completed, place the seared brisket in a large cast-iron and pour the reserved marinade over it. Stir BBQ sauce and CBD syrup together in a small bowl and pour it over the brisket, turning the brisket several times to coat it evenly on all sides.
  7. Cover the skillet with aluminum foil for 3 to 3½ hours until it pulls apart easily with a fork.
  8. Remove the brisket from the oven and let it cool.
  9. Serve the brisket warm, with additional warm BBQ sauce drizzled over the top.

You can store this in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

PREP TIME: 15 minutes


  • 3 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 oz. CBD syrup
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1/8 egg
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in egg, CBD syrup and vanilla.
  4. Gradually blend in the ingredients from the small bowl. Roll rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into balls, and place onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden. Let cookies cool before consuming.
